How we review listings

Every business added to BizGrid.lk starts as “pending”. Before a listing is published, a member of our team checks that:

the business name and registration number are plausible and not already listed;
the phone number or email address belongs to the business;
the description explains what the business actually does, without misleading claims.

A Verified badge means we have additionally confirmed the business’s registration documents. Listings that are reported as closed, duplicated or misleading are reviewed and removed where necessary.

What we don’t do

We don’t take a commission on sales or sit between you and the business.
We don’t sell customer enquiries. Messages sent from a profile go straight to that business.
We don’t guarantee the work of listed businesses. Please read our checklist for checking a business before paying.
