How do I pay?
By bank transfer: at any bank branch, a cash deposit machine or online banking. In “Plans & billing”, choose your listing and package (you can switch packages on the same page) and you’ll see our bank account numbers and a payment reference. Upload the slip and we switch on your package once the payment is confirmed, usually within one business day.
When does my package start and end?
It starts on the day we confirm your payment and lasts 12 months. If you renew the same package early, the new year is added after your current end date, so you never lose days.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Choose a higher package from “Plans & billing” in your account. The upgrade starts as soon as we confirm the payment.
What happens when a package ends?
Your listing stays online as a free listing. Paid features such as the gallery, portfolio, products & services, appointment booking, backlinks and priority placement are hidden until you renew. Nothing you added is deleted, and your reviews stay on your profile.
Are reviews included?
Yes, on every business listing and on professional profiles from Basic Listing. Only registered members can write reviews, customers can also review each of your products and services, and only BizGrid.lk admins can remove a review. Paid packages let you reply publicly: Starter and above for businesses, Pro Profile and above for professionals.
What are backlinks?
Links from your BizGrid.lk profile to your own website or pages (for example your online shop, menu or booking page). Business includes 4 links and Premium includes 10. They send visitors straight to you. As Google requires for paid placements, they are marked as sponsored.
What is the products & services store?
With Business or Premium your profile gets a shop-style section: add products and services with photos, prices, offers and availability. Customers can ask about an item or order it on WhatsApp straight from your profile. Business includes up to 30 items and Premium up to 100.
I am a lawyer, electrician or other professional. Which package is for me?
Create a free professional profile (it is about you, not a company), then choose Basic Listing, Pro Profile or Premium Partner. Professional packages add a portfolio of your work, qualifications, client reviews, appointment requests and more. Business packages are for companies and shops. You can have both in one account.
How does “Book Appointment” work?
With Pro Profile and Premium Partner, clients choose a service, day and time on your profile and send a request. You get an email and a Bookings inbox where you accept or decline; the client is emailed automatically. Premium Partner also sends every request instantly to your account email.
Do I need a listing first?
Yes. Add your business for free (or claim it if it is already listed). Packages are added to an existing listing.
