2. Listing Responsibilities
When listing a business on BizGrid.lk, you represent and warrant that:

All information provided (name, address, contact) is accurate and belongs to a legally registered entity in Sri Lanka.

You have the authority to list the business and use the images/logos uploaded to the profile.

The business does not engage in illegal activities under the laws of Sri Lanka.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not post spam, fraudulent content, or misleading reviews. BizGrid.lk reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or harms the reputation of the platform without prior notice.
4. Payments & Refunds
Premium plans are billed annually. While we strive to provide maximum visibility, BizGrid.lk does not guarantee a specific number of leads or sales.
Refund Policy: Since listings are digital services activated immediately upon payment, fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated by our support team.
5. Limitation of Liability
BizGrid.lk acts solely as a directory. We are not responsible for any disputes, financial losses, or damages arising from transactions between customers and businesses listed on our platform.
