1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the BizGrid.lk website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Listing Responsibilities

When listing a business or creating a professional profile on BizGrid.lk, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided (name, address, contact) is accurate. A business listing belongs to a legally registered entity in Sri Lanka; a professional profile is about you personally, and any qualifications, memberships or licence numbers you show are genuine and current.

• You have the authority to list the business and use the images/logos uploaded to the profile.

• The business does not engage in illegal activities under the laws of Sri Lanka.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not post spam, fraudulent content, or misleading reviews. BizGrid.lk reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or harms the reputation of the platform without prior notice.

4. Reviews

Only registered members can review a business, a professional or a product or service, and each member may leave one review per item. By posting a review you confirm that it describes your own genuine experience. Reviews must not:

• be written by, for, or on behalf of the owner, their staff, family or competitors, or be paid for or rewarded in any way;
• contain abuse, threats, discrimination, obscene language, or false statements of fact;
• include personal information such as phone numbers, addresses or identity numbers;
• be spam, advertising, or unrelated to the business, professional or item reviewed.

Only BizGrid.lk administrators can hide, restore or remove reviews, and may do so at their discretion when a review breaks these rules. Owners may not remove reviews but may post one public reply under each review, which must follow the same rules. Anyone signed in can report a review for our team to check. Reviews are the opinions of their writers, not of BizGrid.lk.

5. Professional Profiles, Appointments and Products

• Professional profiles. Each account may have one professional profile, which must be about the account holder. Portfolio photos and videos must be your own work and must not show clients without their permission.
• Appointment requests. A “Book appointment” request is a request, not a confirmed booking. The professional decides whether to accept it, and any appointment, fee or cancellation is agreed directly between the client and the professional.
• Products and services. Prices, offers, stock and descriptions in a business’s Shop are set by that business, which is responsible for keeping them accurate. BizGrid.lk does not sell, take payment for, deliver or guarantee any item; orders placed through WhatsApp or an enquiry are between the customer and the business.

6. Payments & Refunds

Paid packages for businesses and professional plans are paid in advance for 12 months by bank transfer, and start when we confirm the payment. While we strive to provide maximum visibility, BizGrid.lk does not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, reviews or sales. When a package ends, the listing continues on the free plan.

7. Limitation of Liability

BizGrid.lk acts solely as a directory. We are not responsible for any disputes, financial losses, or damages arising from transactions, orders or appointments between customers and the businesses and professionals listed on our platform, or for the content of reviews written by users.
